- Meeting: One-on-one or Small group   
- Delivery: Phone or Face-to-face
- Session: Standard 6 sessions (1 hour/session) or More sessions or/and Longer time per session

Executive Coaching Process
 
1. Pre-coaching 
a) We send an Informational Packet to client
b) Client completes and returns the signed contract
c) Schedule dates and times for coaching sessions
 
2. Coaching (Standard: 6 – 1 Hour Sessions)
a) Session 1: Familiarization and goal-setting
b) Session 2~5: Coaching via a physical meeting or other forms of communication
c) Session 6: Reflection and Conclusion
 
3. Post-coaching
a) Client evaluates the coach and the coaching sessions
b) Client has the option to extend the coaching
